Capstone is a family. Together, we win, lose and grow, both professionally and personally. I love that I get to set platforms for the people in my sphere of influence, launching them into greatness. I have three kids, Aislyn, Kristoffer and Atlas and am married to my middle school crush, Brook. I especially enjoy hanging out with my family, snowboarding, fitness, loving and rescuing people. My favorite food is sushi.

The unique family atmosphere that is nurtured by everyone at Capstone is the best! I love that I get to bring order and use numbers in my job. Working beside, raising our three kiddos and being married to THE KC Murphy are some of my biggest joys! My analytical brain does not like coming up with fun facts about myself, but I love gardening drinking coffee, fitness, capturing beauty, writing and learning about emotional health.

I love the family atmosphere at Capstone and that we have a common goal to improve at what we do! I appreciate that I get to produce the structures clients dream up and get to enjoy for years! I’ve worked at Capstone since 2014. I was a dental assistant in the military and wood working is a long standing passion of mine. My bride, Cynthia is my best friend! I have two adult stepsons and 10 Grandkids.

The support that I receive in all aspects of my life are one of the best things about working at Capstone! Time is taken to build me on a personal level and professionally. I love to paint, and I teach painting in my spare time! Baking yummy treats, and cooking are two of my hobbies. I am very passionate about my children (Sofia & Bodhi) and constantly striving to become a better person for them. A fun fact about me is that I am TERRIFIED of crickets!

I genuinely appreciate the support I get from the guys, we have constant opportunities to grow and learn, both individually and as a team. In my spare time I enjoy blacksmithing, cooking and hanging out with my wife Harley and our son Aiden.
ADDISON | CONCRETE FOREMAN
Some people call me Addie. I am a concrete Forman at Capstone. The guys are always working together and feel like family to me. I love my job because get to use my creativity and do physical labor! I enjoy wood working, Firearms and home building. I consider myself a survivalist and am a self proclaimed conspiracy realist.
CALEB | SKILLED TECH & EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
I love that we set and achieve goals as a crew, and that we laugh together. The crew at Capstone lets me be myself. I get to run alongside my friends, achieving dreams and goals. I love Motorcycles, Motorcycles, Oh! and MOTORCYCLES. Also teaching children and traveling.

I love the camaraderie of the Capstone crew and that they push me to be my very best. I am married to my amazing wife Shaina and we have a son, Connor. I enjoy Camping, fishing, Cooking and painting, but cooking is probably my favorite!

I am married to my wife, Charity and together we have a beautiful daughter, Anne. Most people don’t know that I’m a leftie that loves to cook! Capstone has given me opportunities to learn and improve skills both in the industry and in life. The family atmosphere and relationships make me a better person.

I answer to Murph, Jon Boy and Jingle Britches. I am passionate about cooking (I have always wanted to be a chef), firefighting, and serving people. I enjoy learning new skills each day at Capstone, and the fulfillment each day is very rewarding. I am Married to Donna and we have two kids, Michael and Gracie.
TARAN
Each day we come to work, take care of each other & get work done at a high level, and still having fun together as a team. There is never a dull moment in this family. I enjoy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Snowboarding, spending time with family and friends and working out, most people don't know that I have a purple belt in jiu jitsu and a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

I’m Matthew James Mills! I don’t have any nicknames. I love that I get to learn new things every day and that the Capstone family truly makes work fun. I enjoy reading and music, as well as learning anything new and spending time with my wife, Jannah. Not many people know that I have travelled internationally to perform music.

The best thing about the Capstone Family, is that they truly are like a family. Capstone is both personally and professionally supportive. I enjoy who I work with and what we do. The Capstone Family helps each other grow, it gives us each drive and opportunity to learn. I enjoy spending time my wife, Elizabeth and teaching my boys, Logan and Dean, especially by working on cars with them! I restore cars and bikes.
